Central location right in the heart of Reims. Very helpful reception staff. Breakfust was very nice but was slow coming as somebody had failed to turn in leaving the one member of staff covering everything that morning.
No real problem, just a bit slow with the breakfast and coffee refils.

Ideal place for stop off point on a trip to the alps - easy access from the autoroute.

Hotel staff was great. We had a lovely dinner at the Cafe Bristol downstairs -- despite the presence of a really big tour group at the same time. Location is very convenient.
Parking was a nightmare due to local construction. Took us forever to get to the right place (more than 1 hour to figure it out). Better documentation of where/how to park and how to even get to the parking would be appreciated during the reservation process. Note this isn't a complaint to the hotel (construction is hardly their fault) -- just a suggestion on how to make things easier on future guests.

Nice old building. Proximity to Cathedral and other city sites.
Very poor room layout and furnishing. Breakfast slow and little buffet choice.

The restaurant was great at ground floor, I tried excellent dishes. The bed was fine, I slept well.

The place was luxurious, we would have extended the stay. Good sized unit where the window was above the brasserie, we thoroughly enjoyed it. - the provided service was efficient! - Parking was in the hotel. Rewritten: The hotel was so luxurious that we wanted to stay longer. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the brasserie below, which we loved. the service was quick and efficient, plus the convenience of having parking available right at the hotel made our stay even better.

I appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with lovely staff in a different receptionist. The breakfast was good, offered hot chocolate, coffee, tea, breads and pastries. The location was awesome, at a medium distance from Auguste Delaune Stadium. The venue was located walk from a cathedral and a temple. That was what I call perfect place for one night...
Nothing to fault.

Home from home. The hotel is the right size to receive personal attention from all the staff. Excellent location for shopping and going out. Ideal access to/from train station. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Typical French hotel with character.
The rooms on the front of the building are my favourites but can sometimes be noisy depending on what is going on in the street.

Excellent central location, ideal for restuarants and bars. Very friendly, helpful staff, and breakfast was cheap and cheerful.
We stayed with 3 young children aged 5 and under, and the pedestrian street got noisier as the night wore on, culminating with one drinker throwing chairs around the square and shouting at 2am! If you have kids, ask to be away from the street. Also the centre of Reims is being dug up to install a Tram system, so lots of diversions into city will confuse your sat-nav. Aim for central car parks.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
